Debra Simon

Debra worked for Coldwell Banker Burnett in Minnesota from 1994 until 1999 as a Real Estate Agent. In 1999 she moved to Florida and obtained a Florida Broker's Real Estate Licensed and opened her own real estate company. In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, Debra, has a corporate background that included being a Vice President of Operations for a seven billion dollar international clothing retail company. The experience with that company incorporated working on their commercial lease negotiations, business and property acquisitions. In 2010 she joined Horizon Palm Realty Group.

As a person that is passionate about her profession, Debra, is active in the Hernando County Association of Realtors® (HCAR) and the Hernando County Information Services (HCIS). She currently serves on the Board of Managers for HCIS, and as the Chairperson for the Past President's Advisory Committee and the Leadership Development College for HCAR. Debra, was HCAR's; Realtor® of the Year in 2002, President Elect 2003 and President 2004. She also served as a Director for the Florida Association of Realtors® in 2003 and 2004.
